Returns & Refunds Policy

Return window:

You may request a return within 15 days of delivery for eligible items.

Eligible items:

  • Must be non-custom, non-personalized

  • Unused, unworn, with tags and original packaging

  • Proof of purchase required

 

Custom & made-to-order items:

All custom or customized products are final sale.

Once a custom item enters production, no refunds, returns, or cancellations are accepted. This includes custom embroidery, custom DTF, and personalization services.

How to request a return:

Email orders@stitchdaddies.com to request approval and return instructions.

Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items:

Inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact orders@stitchdaddies.com immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-returnable items:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Items already in production

  • Services

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

 

Refunds:

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection. Bank processing times may vary.

California compliance:

This policy discloses all return conditions, exclusions, and refund timelines in accordance with California law. No restocking fees are charged.

EU customers:

Orders shipped to the EU may be returned within 14 days, except for custom or personalized items, which are excluded as permitted by law.
